The 2018 Business Plan Competition

How will real estate be used differently in 10 years’ time?

The way we use the built environment changes over time as emerging trends in areas such as demographics, technology and human lifestyle influence our consumption of real estate. How will we be using real estate in 2028?

“Real Estate” includes everything within our built environment - from homes, offices, industrial parks and shopping centres, to car parks, hotels, schools, hospitals – so any class of constructed building may be considered. You may also cover changes in multiple types of real estate or just focus on one particular type.
