About the Conference

Real Estate at The Pivot of Two Decades: Past Stability and Future Transformation

The perfect setting to develop deeper relationships and exchange ideas, the Oxford Real Estate Conference is an established forum for thought leadership.

Organised by the Oxford Real Estate Society (OxRES), the 8th Oxford Real Estate Conference will look back at a decade of unparalleled growth and relative stability in the real estate sector while exploring the challenging terrain the industry faces in the next 10 years. We will be joined by industry leaders and academics who will analyse past performance and offer insights into emerging trends, innovations, and strategies that will shape the industry’s future.

The conference will include a full day’s program of panel discussions, networking breaks and a keynote speakers. We will host an additional ticketed dinner reception at Balliol College, which we hope you will also join us at. Ticket availability is limited with only 250 tickets for the day programme and 50 tickets for the college dinner - make sure to book early and not miss out!
