About the Conference

Real Estate at Crosscurrents: Cyclical Waves or Structural Tsunami?

The real estate industry stands at a pivotal juncture, facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This conference aims to dissect the complex interplay between cyclical fluctuations and structural transformations shaping the future of real estate investment.

As we navigate through economic uncertainties, technological disruptions, and evolving societal needs, understanding whether these changes represent temporary cycles or permanent shifts is crucial for industry stakeholders.

The conference will include a full day’s program of panel discussions, networking breaks and a keynote speakers. We will host an additional ticketed dinner reception at Worcester College, which we hope you will also join us at. Ticket availability is limited with only 250 tickets for the day programme and 50 tickets for the college dinner - make sure to book early and not miss out!

Transport Links

Driving: Park at one of the Park and Ride locations outside the city centre. From there, take a bus into the centre and walk to Saïd Business School.

By Train: The business school is just a 2-minute walk from Oxford Station (not Oxford Parkway).
